Studio Safety-Covid 19

We are small and hence much easier to clean and regulate numbers. The class size is up to 6 maximum and with plenty of space around and fresh air circulating in the studio. Our instructors wear a face masks during class guiding you from a social distance. We have at least 30 minutes between end and start of sessions to avoid cross over of attendees

We ask you to disinfect reformers and small props (i.e. hand held weights, bar etc.) after each use with the strong sanitising solution we provide. Between each class our staff will also clean the equipment (including leather strap covers) and all high-touch points in the studio as well as cleaning the studio through the day.

Please arrive with a face mask, no more than 5 minutes before your session time and be ready to scan the QR code with the NHS test and Trace app already downloaded on your phone . At the front desk we will check your temperature and ask you to sanitise your hands with alcohol-based solution.

Please observe social distancing and wear a face mask everywhere inside the studio. Inside the exercise room please take a seat on the reformer and remain there for the entire duration of the session without wandering around to limit interaction and maintain social distancing. Remove your face mask only just before the start of the session and please talk only with your mask on.

The use of the changing rooms and showers is currently restricted so please arrive already changed for your class and leave the studio as soon as possible after your session to avoid people crossing over and to give us time to perform extra cleaning.

Bookings, cancellations and class etiquette

You can use credits in your account to book online by going to the Book page and selecting the classes you would like to attend. You will see a confirmation of the booked sessions and and also receive an email confirming your reservation has gone through. Please double check that the chosen date and time are correct.

You can add credits to your account online by going to the Buy page, selecting the package or block that you want and proceeding to our secure payment page.

Absolutely. Simply click the button “Join waiting list” beside a class that is already full. You will then be notified if a space becomes available.

Yes if you are still within our 12-hour cancellation policy to give another client a chance to take your place. After the 12 hour cancelation period we can only offer a credit refund if we are able to reallocate your space in the class.

You can cancel online by logging in to your account and clicking cancel next to the relevant class. Up until 12 hours before your booked session the credit will be automatically returned to your account. If you cancel the class less than 12 hours from the start of the class the credit will be refunded if we are able to reallocate your spot in the class.

We will only refund the corresponding credit if another client was able to take your space. Therefore, please let us know even last minute if you aren’t going to make it. That way we can release your spot to clients on the waiting list and if it is taken, you’ll get your credit back.

Out of respect for the instructor and the other clients, as well as for your own health and safety, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late we will not be able to let you into the class. If you are going to be a little late, please let us know so we make sure your spot is not given to clients on the waitlist. If you arrive too late to join the class and your spot was not taken, we cannot offer a credit refund.

Please try to arrive a few minutes early to check in with the reception and leave your belongings - including your mobile phone! - safe in a locker downstairs. Please leave your shoes in the changing rooms and wet umbrellas in the apposite stand at reception. Once you are all sorted, you can relax in the waiting area.

Ideally workout clothing that lets you move freely and that will not interfere with your activity on the reformers. For hygiene, health and safety reasons, we do ask that you wear grip socks during the classes - bare feet and outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the studio. In case you’ve forgotten your socks, you can buy a pair at the reception.

Credits, Packages and Refunds FAQs

We can only refund your purchased unused sessions in limited circumstances and in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. If you are unable to use your sessions due to unexpected circumstances, we will allow you to transfer them to somebody who can use them.

We are not able to freeze packages per se or roll any unused credits into the following month, but in unexpected, exceptional circumstances, we will extend the expiry date of those credits. Packages are a rolling monthly contract but after the initial minimum period you can terminate them by emailing us the request to terminate them at least 7 days before the next monthly payment date.

Monthly packages (other than the Unlimited Package) are rolling monthly contracts which give you a set number of credits to use each month. After the initial minimum period you can terminate a package by emailing us the request to terminate at least 7 days before the next monthly date on which the credits are set to be released to your account and the payment for those credits is set to be taken.
