Some of the endless benefits of our strenght classes:
Please wear workout clothing that lets you move freely and that will not interfere with your activity. Tops that fit enough so you can keep an eye on your posture are ideal . For hygiene, health and safety reasons, you need to wear grip socks during the classes - bare feet and outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the studio. In case you’ve forgotten your socks, you can buy a pair at the reception.
Our Infrared Classes are open to everyone, except pregnant women due to the increased heat and the effect it has on blood pressure.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your class so you can be checked in and start on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late means you won’t be admitted and the class credit will be lost.
Please bring water or buy it from the cafe’ before making your way up to the studios.
